A friend of mine used to date Khalid Khashoggi, the son of Adnan Khashoggi, who was a billionaire arms dealer and the man in the middle of the Iran-Contra scandal. Muammar Khadaffi wanted to have sex with Khalid Khashoggi back in the early 1990s. The father refused the offer but did nothing else. This did not please his son, who also did nothing. She was told this in confidentiality but since Khadaffi is dead she feels she can say it now.

She could but won't. The Khashoggis are a powerful family with influence in the Saudi Kingdom, where they're from. And we are friendly with that country. It won't sit well with a lot of powerful people.
