Its bad for you, but so is smoking, so are cell phones, driving over 55, using aresols in the home, etc. Its not like I'll live forever if I ban IN & Out from my diet. In fact, I eat out for just about everymeal. Maybe 1/3 to 1/4 fast food. Even when I cook at home, or the food my mother cooked for me growing up, its not nutritinally correct according to the govt, but I'm not going to just eat bean curd on a tomato.
