Interesting Question Regarding Accidents

So you know how when you have to get a rebuilt title after an accident? Is there a way to force the insurance company to reimburse you the difference between a clean title and a marked one? Not just the repair cost to fix the car but also extra because the cars value goes down when trying to sell. Figured I'd ask this here.

You get a salvage title if a car was totalled. You get a rebuilt title if you repair a salvage title (i.e. totalled) car to roadworthy status.

If you have a vehicle damaged in a crash that's not totalled, you don't get a salvage or rebuilt title. It's just a normal title.
