Ok I dont know what is going on here. This happends like once or twice evertyime I play CS..and I noticed it happends occasionally while looking around google earth. Here is a pic..

Its like everything shakes..and is all jagged..and streaks. Its very weird..

I thought it was the drivers I installed but I just installed the Nvidia official ones and it still does it.

I have a 6800GT
MSI NEO2 Plat
 
check your temps man, those look like artifacts from clocking too high or she canna take the heat cap'n.
 
I sometimes got similar things happening to me on my old 6800 ultra.
How i fixed it was getting a better psu and setting the 2d and 3d clocks the same (otherwise the card crashed for some reason)

What psu u got? u need something with at least 20A+ on the 12v rail.
High Temps could also be a prob like previously mentioned.
