Happended to visit Sams Club the other day on a trial membership. Boy they have a lot of big sized stuff. I ventured across the jumbo sized 1.75L Listerine in one of the aisles and had to pause and think for a while. It seemed strange, but I just couldn't place it.

Then, a few aisles over, it hit me. They use the same container for 1.75L Listerine as they do for 1.75L Jack Daniels!
Maybe those kids at the juvenile home weren't so far off afterall...

I made another observation at Sam's when I was there....
Nothing there is cheap. I mean, you THINK you save money when you buy in bulk. At grocery stores, you do sometimes. But at Sam's.... If you normally pay $1.00 for 1 gallon of something, you will find the 4 gallon one at Sam's for AT LEAST $4.00 Know what I mean? It's like, you get no more VALUE, just MORE STUFF. What a rip.

Dude, I noticed the same thing. + they want a $35/year membership fee. Seriously, if you just buy stuff when it is on sale (which is about every other week at a grocery store or even at WalMart) you will come out way ahead and not have to deal with the non-existant, non-intelligent customer service there. What a joke.

Well, Soybomb, show me where in my post I said I shop there, and I'll come up with an answer to your question. Fact is I DON'T.

I buy computer hardware there from time to time.

I think I got 2 12MB Voodoo2 cards for 49.99 each one time when they were still like 129 everywhere else.
