Interesting Observation on the Election

First off, I voted and support Gore, so if you are just going to leave a nasty response to this post, please do it elsewhere. The Observation: Why should Gore concede at all if he leads both the Electoral and the Popular vote? Even more interesting, if the mess in Florida is not cleared up, that state will be thrown out, and pending what happens in Oregon and New Mexico, Gore can still win. It's funny how Bush keeps trying to block a recount in Florida. Since Bush keeps claiming that he is the winner, ect. ect., what has he to fear or lose with a LEGAL recount I wonder?
