I am not trying to start a flame war, I don't necisarily agree with the entire letter

Wow, the letter is pretty inflammatory and as Dave has said, is full of pretty bold statements that teeter on the edge of credibility.

An interesting read, but I don't know how much you can actually take from it. Get rid of some of the sensationalized statements and I might agree.
