Interesting HTPC MB/CPU

MSI C847MS-E33. It uses the Celeron 847, so it will sip power while being faster than E350's and Atom's. It's also passive which is nice. The interesting part is this is a micro-ATX board. I have only seen this cpu on itx boards. While itx is nice for a HTPC, some times you may need more expansion slots for tuners, wireless, etc. WIsh it had USB 3.0 or eSata though. Does anyone know of another micro-ATX board with the Celerion 847? This one is hard to find in the US.
