I was pretty pissed off, as signing up for electronic billpay was much easier with my gas bill, but took forever with my comcast bill. I realized afterward the conversation actually was quite funny:

I prefer to go the "retard route" and just mash a bunch of buttons simultaneously till I get a live person who can direct my call correctly. Works everytime.
