Interesting blowhole design...

Okay, I'm trying to come up with my own blowhole design here, but I could some help on making it.... I want an intake (80-120) on the front bottom of the case, but the hole in the front is to be sorta like a gradual funnel shape(sorta like the holes you see on subwoofers that let air out), anyone know how to make this or mold this out of plastic??

Secondly, I wondered if I should purchase a dremel and play around with it *cutting up my case*, or if I should just use the jigsaw and power drills I have at my disposal?

like Mwilding said, I have some pix on my site. But I used a grommet that comes in a track lighting fixture. If my case has what you are looking for, I would be glad to help you with what to buy!

its the same idea, with the location of the blowhole, and the fan used, etc... but I want it to look more aesthetically pleasing... the fan would be set back from the face, and at the end of the curved area... heck, here is a pic I drew up real quickly in paint.... its the curved area Im trying to replicate.... even if it is only set back a little ways... the wire guard would be back with the fan, not up front... let me know if this makes more sense?... just think of it being more belled at the beginning... and the faceplate really isnt that wide 😉 some things are not to scale.. such as depth, but you get the general idea





PS Best to paint the case with? Spray paint? what kind? Thanks 🙂

also, Im wanting to put a fan on the sliding side of the case, should I just make a longer wire so it doesnt tear out each time? 🙂 😛
