they put out the accused names/faces/histories like wildfire. there was no crime committed so she has no recourse for anonymity anymore.

that said, she's had a sad life, and is likely mentally ill (she's been on meds for this). i hope the Reverands Jackson or Sharpton or whomever said they were going to pay for her college education go good on that, and she is able to graduate and get/keep a job. hopefully there is a chance for her to get her life on track.

Are you serious? She's not so mentally ill that she's unaware of the difference between right and wrong. She needs to get her ass sued and financially ruined for what she put those kids from Duke through.

she has no money. what are they are going gain by suing her? i've said in another thread that she should be charged with falsely reporting a crime.

if a civil suit is filed Nifong, and others who enabled this case to proceed will be named.

Reminds me of a guy who basically had his life ruined because some women accused him of a brutal rape. The guy can't even walk because of a back injury and takes a wheelchair everywhere, and the girl made up the story to get back together with her girlfriend. The guy ended up getting death threats and even attempted suicide.

Never underestimate pettiness or over estimate people's ability to think outside of thier own heads.

Don't blame foxnews. Google search her name. She's been exposed by many others since her lying about this rape began.

Her degree is supposed to be in police psychology or something...I doubt she will ever be able to get a job related to law enforcement in any way.

Part of the wonderful double standard we have. Women are generally given 24-72 hours after a rape allegation to retract it, but which point it is too late for the man even if she does. Even after that, the woman is almost never prosecuted.

Yeah, that guy was in the UK. Their laws with regards to this kind of thing are even worse then ours.

A wise man once told me:

"All it takes to be accused."

Can't argue with either one of those statements.

That's true.

Reading that article she has a habit of pulling this stunt. She needs to be inprisoned for at least 4 years. I can almost guarantee you she'll pull it again and hope it sticks to somebody.
