Well I know the basics. I can set up a lan in my house at least. What I want is to know the ins and outs of all that is networking. Hummm, that may be a little much, but I need to know more than I do now anyways. So, what books would I be well advised to read? I'm not talking about how to books alone. I really want to understand how it all works and can't afford (nor do I have the time) to go to school for this right now. Again, what books should I check out?

Cool! I like the online training "thingy". Went through a couple of the "courses" and I'm starting to realize networking isn't all that hard. Thanks so much. Anyone else have any suggestions?
