Intenet explorer or Mozilla will not open

I had the pokapoka76 malware and it took me awhile to get it all cleaned out. But now when I open up a browser it hangs for about 10 seconds then I get the microsoft error send or don't send box. Mozilla does nothing. I can go into safe mode with network support and it works fine. Any ideas?
