I have really been eyeing that Nokia 770, that thing is looking pretty nice, and only half a pound.
 
Too big, crappy looking keyboard, WTF is with the display/keyboard orientation? Landscape screen with an unusable KB on the right?

If I wanted a full-blown portable XP system, I'd blow a load on an OQO.
 
the case design needs to be sexed up. maybe they get can in some talented industrial designers and come up with something cool looking. they need to take a hint from apple
 
I'd like to see a fold-out keyboard that could be folded up and flipped behind it, kind of like those tablet/notebooks where the keyboard spins about and goes behind the LCD. That way, I could actually type something on it.
Also, a thumb keyboard is entirely pointless on a tablet PC, if you ask me. Besides, I already know Graffitti.
