Intel's RST or W7's built in SATA driver ?

I just recently built my SB rig (see my signature) and use the W7's built in SATA driver. However, I learned that Intel also has its own SATA driver, namely Rapid Response Technology (RST).

I'm wondering which SATA driver should I use. Intel's RST or Windows 7's built in SATA driver ? I'm welcoming all your opinion please. Thanks.

I would run the intel driver since it is a intel chipset. You won't see a lot of improvement but it does help. It not only replaces RAID drivers but AHCI as well.
