Looks interesting. Maybe someone who actually owns a 9th-Gen Intel Core Processor, would give this a look-see (I don't own one or I would). Possibly, compare and contrast with XTU, their prior overclocking utility (which worked with more than just 9th-Gen).

I didn't have any first-hand experience with it (I only had a lowly 6700K CPU at the time ), but The Tech Report link I included posted their experience with using it.

Both AMD and Intel place warranty disclaimers when it comes to overclocking. That said, Intel sells "Tuning Plans" if people are willing to pay for them, but I don't think AMD offers anything like that.

One may speed up the i9 more simply than using the intel app. Running an ASUS z 390 one may engage MCE and away she goes. This is not technically an o/c as it only removes power and current limits. You still need a proficient cooler. However Vcore is reasonable, power settles on ~170w and the board then supports maximum burst speeds on all 8 cores .
