ok - here's my setup

D975XBX2
2GB GEIL DDR2-800
Core 2 Quad @ 3.25GHz
ATI 1800xtx crossfire setup
Vista Ultimate

at least 1x per day, if not more - i get the BSOD with intelppm.sys being the issue

what i've found on the internet is that this is usually an AMD issue or Centrino based problem - but nothing on Quad Core CPU's....

HELP!
