I have no virus or firewall running at the time of running the exe.

Afraid I'm not going to be much help, but I coincidentially just installed the same software (Intellitype Pro 2.2 for my Internet Keyboard) just this evening from the CD. It seemed to work just fine, although I haven't spent any time configuring anything yet (still getting used to the new feel of the keys). I'm also running Windows XP Pro SP1.

I have two machines both running XP sp 1 and both have Natural Keyboard Pros. Both machines have this problem. I tried to find a solution to this a few months ago but I was unsuccessful. Oh well. =(

Yea I keep running into people with the same problem but as yet no fix. .

BTW that first post I put here with the quote is almost 2 years old :/ .

Or should I say the quote is almost 2 years old (thats better).
