Intellitype Keyboard & MS Office Issues

I have a MS Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard with a Dell Latitude. I have the Intellitype software loaded. When I hook up an external display and then open a Word/Excel/Powerpoint document the zoom goes to 400% and get stuck. If I uninstall Intellitype or do not use an external display there are no problems. Any ideas?

That's really bizarre.

So if you have Intellitype installed but are not using an external display it doesn't happen?

How are you getting to the external display...docking station, video card?

Might have to go to MS tech support to get this one sorted out. That's always fun.

Its is bizarre.
Don't even have to have an external monitor/projector hooked up. Just pressing Fn + F8 makes it go wacky.
 
Maybe a stuck key? I think that keyboard has zoom keys up top, try strongly tapping the "+" key and maybe it'll unstick.

I'm thinking this because it only happens when you have Intellitype installed...without that software the zoom keys aren't active.

If you bought local you might want to exchange for a new one.
