Intelliflix

I would like to know if anyone using intelliflix(not NETFLIX or BB) is having the same problems I am.

1. I havent been able to reach the webpage in a week. Maybe it's user error, but I think not.
2. Shipping take 4 days usually.
3. Sometimes movies ship in the allotted time, but the sit in the que for several days before shipping.

I have overall been very disapointed with intelliflix. Anyone else having these problems with Intelliflix? If you use NETflix or BB, I would rather not hear about it! As I am in a year contract with intelliflix, although now I think there is legal recourse to break the contract. I have been movieless for 2 weeks now and cannot get to the webpage............
