Intel510 and Intel520 SATA3 issues?

I have an asus sabertooth 990fx board. I have 2 SSD drives. Not in the system at the same time btw just for testing purposes. I also have a bluray burner and seagate 1tb sata3 drive. For the life of me I can not get either SSD drive to sync at sata3. The seagate has no issues. Bios is at 1102, all ports are set to AHCI, Using the brown SATA3 ports no the jmicron sata2 ports. No raid setup. Any ideas? Should i move the bluray drive and seagate to the sata2 ports and leave the SSD on its own? Thanks.

Wow, there's a BIOS update for you today. They released it just for you. 🙂

Yes, just for testing, I'd unplug all SATA devices and plug one SSD in only and see if in the BIOS, if possible that it tells you it's running at SATA 3.

unfortunately I have to use a program in windows to tell me what speed im running at or a benchmark. I was gonna update that tonight although not sure if its gonna make a difference.

This is resolved. Updated to the latest bios today, set factory defaults on bios, redid my over clock and bam. Back up to sata 3 speeds
