Intel XTU benchmark fails to run

The stress test performs fine, hitting 100% on all cores:

But when I attempt to run the benchmark, it fails immediately:

If your running 6.0.2.2 , go back to 5.2.0.14

there been a lot reports of trouble with 6.0

Sweet! I googled it and couldn't find them. Will give the older one a try.
