Intel XTU - Apply Settings Without Starting XTU?

Is there any way to apply XTU settings without starting up XTU? Reason I ask is that my XTU settings are constantly reset after my laptop comes out of sleep.

What settings? Why not just change them in uEFI?

CPU voltage, not option in BIOS/UEFI.
