Intel Xtreme Graphics

After working hard and finish building my new comp, my find out my graphic card is a dud and now I once again am waiting for it to arrive. So currently, I'm stuck on Intel's POWERFUL Extreme graphics. I was wondering, is this card able to handle Windows XP, and some basic 3D tasks, or games such as Unreal Tournament?
