They sell Corei7-family chips, that don't support HyperThreading??? That's bizarre, that's one of the major benifits of that chip family.

Then again, Intel does sell 45nm quad-core chips that likewise don't support VT (Q8200).

I thought the main benefit was the integrated controller which sped everything up.

I wouldn't say it sucks. It just has a 5X less multiplier then the 920. It should easily do 200bclk and 3ghz which wouldn't be bad at all. Also 80w TDP vs 130W TDP.

I'm sure it has HT but it's probably just disabled.
