Intel Xeon E3-1275V3 temp?

Anyone have this CPU? If so what are your temps?

Also, since the Xeon CPUs are binned better from what I hear, anyone know if the Intel Xeon E3-1275V3 will run cooler under stock loads vs. a 4770 or 4770k?
