Intel X25-E 34nm Gen 2 - when?

Does Intel plan on releasing a 34nm X25-E, like they did for the X25-M? Any word on when?

Hasn't been any rumors or speculation on this yet.

Remember MLC chips are not just SLC chips programmed to be MLC chips. You have to design each chip on its own, like nehalem versus penryn being their own unique design.

So when will SLC-based drives using 34nm based flash process tech show up? We haven't been given any tidbits or rumors on this in the slightest, which makes me think it won' be for a while yet (2-3 months or more).
