Intel: WTF?!?!

I ordered some (free) technical manuals about developping for the Netburst arch. from Intel about a month ago, and completely forgot about it. I just got an email from Fedex telling me that they've shipped my manuals to me Fedex International Priority. WTF?!? 😕

I'm not complaining about the delay because the PDFs are available online and I wasn't in a rush to get the hard copy anyway, but if you're gonna wait a month before shipping an item, why bother shipping it overnight? I don't know who's in charge of shipping this stuff but Intel needs to either (a) save some money by not shipping overnight after a month or (b) get the items shipped quickly so that the overnight shipping actually changes something to the total time to complete the order.

AMD needs to put a little more pressure on Intel, I think 😉

though id more expect them to make an excuse and send it as slow as possible

I ordered from some piss ass website that did pricing like that.

Item would be like $150, normally $175 elsewhere. $15 shipping with next day FedEx. So cool, basically like free next day shipping.

Tuckfards take 4 days to ship, freaking fine print. So it ends up being the same cost and same wait as any other place.
