Intel Wireless Drivers 16.1.1 executable not running?

I have the Intel Centrino 1030 wireless card in my laptop. I was able to install the new bluetooth drivers for it. I have downloaded the executable for the wifi portion, and turned off antivirus and windows firewall, and the program shows that circular logo and then quits. Anybody else having this issue with this driver? BTW, running Win7 x64.
