Intel Wireless Card 2200GB upgrade problem

I recently got a new Intel 2200BG intending to upgrade my Intel 2100 wireless card.
I swap the card, but now everytime right after my laptop POST.
I would get:

ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller on Motherboard
Bus: 02, Device 02, Function: 00
Press F1 to resume, Press F2 to enter setup.

I press F1 to resume, load into windows, install the drivers downloaded from Intel, but the card won't work and it has a exclamation mark on the icon in system properties.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Try pressing F2, and go through the options carefully concerning onboard NIC. Disable it.

Can you try RMA'ing the card if that doesn't work?
