I have an Intel Camera Pro hooked up to a P3 800/Soyo 6ba+III system running Win98se. I can take snapshots fine, and video looks okay. My problem occurs when I attempt to receive video from a practically identical setup in a nearby room (the only difference is that comp is a p3 600). The two computers both have ethernet connections.
I tested the Intel Video phone software and both computers connect with audio just fine. When I try to add video, the p3 600 can see the video sent by the p3 800, but the p3 800 just keeps saying "Waiting for video..." I waited about ten minutes with no progress.
I checked the p3 600 and it can do video capture, etc. just fine. Both are updated with the latest Intel drivers. Anyone run into similar problems or have any insight they might share?
