Question Intel vs AMD vs Apple - how much power at the same frequency?

If a Core i7 1185G7, Ryzen 4800, and Apple M1 were all locked at 3.2Ghz while running a single threaded task, how much power would each chip consume?

M1 uses around 4W in Cinebench R23 single core.
From what I've seen, 1165G7 sits at around 3.2GHz in R23 MT, so since the power limit is 28W, ST at 3.2GHz would be at like 6W probably, maybe 7W depending of how power hungry the uncore is.
Ryzen 4800U would probably be closer to the 4W mark, but probably a bit more since the uncore represents an important portion of power consumed in single core workload.
