You gotta pay to play. And Intel definitely PAYS its dues AMD on the otherhand doesn't advertise at all (well, they hardly advertise is more like it)

I don't believe I've ever seen any sort of AMD advertisement other than the sticker with "Athlon" or whatever on the bottom corner of some computer ads.

actually... i remember few months back, when i was REALLY bored... i browsed new.com's site and noticed a p4 article. i click on it and saw a big ass athlon ad too. hehe... i posted that here too i doubt the search button is gonna turn up that old post... it's been a while.
