I recently found out that My Asus P5K (P35) mobo with E4300 C2D is hotter than my Asus M2N-SLI with X2 5600+...

I mean the intel mobo is hotter than the amd....
both are Asus, with the same case, hdd, ram and etc..

Is it because of the Intel Mobo's Northbridge that it runs too hot...???

No. You're assuming your temp readings are accurate. I don't completely trust any of mine. But I do know that nforce chipsets tend to run warmer than Intel and via.
