If you like crime and taxes, I'm sure the West Coast sounds amazing.
Big companies do a ton of due diligence when they build these types of facilities. Columbus is one of those upcoming tech cities you hear about. I'm sure Intel knows what they're doing.Ohio seems like an odd choice, to me it will be challenging to get skilled engineers excited to move to Ohio.
Seems like companies over look this.
Also per a news guy I heard when Amazon was shopping for a new HQ
“No recently single wealthy guy is going to be excited living in the Midwest or south, they want CA or NYC”
