Intel Stock.. why isn't it going up?

It's been my experience that stocks often go in the opposite direction of what logic would tell you. If stock prices made sense then everyone who invested in the stock market would be a billionaire.

Irrational investors (or those who have divested) have pushed INTC to a low that makes it an attractive investment. Personally, I am buying in. While they have lost some market share, it isn't huge and all of their financial ratios STILL beat most of the semiconductor industry and absolutely wipe the floor with AMD.
