intel stock HSF question

I only had mine running for 2 days until I put on my Zalman 7000cu. I didn't even get the flower orb model..cheap Intel...
 
I have a 2.8C and it came with that cheap, only-aluminum, fin-looking model... not the orb and not with a copper insert. People have said 3.0 and above come with the orb-ish one.
