Yeah, it's the real deal.

I ordered some recently. It came in a syringe that looked just like that, and it had the plastic factory seal over the tip. It was in a sealed black plastic bag indicating that the stuff is Kryonaut. If it is counterfeit, it's a damn good counterfeit.
