Intel Stock Fan Specification

Deos anyone know where I can find the specification for the stock Intel P4 Fan/heatsink?
I mainly want to know the noise level of the stock fan.

im not sure if this is right but i read a post somewhere that the intel hsf runs around 31dba correct me if im wrong
