Intel Stock and Arctic Silver

Im a little short on cash and i wonder if som Arctic Silver (III?) would do me any good on my INtel Stock p4 cooler?
Its a 2.0a@2.4.. i want to go to 2.666 to fix my bus speeds. Wonder if ill ever make it. It post alright on 2,5 but the hd's dont like it.

I'm usin my stock w/ as3 and it's a 2.0A @ 2.4.. the temps idle around 38-39.. so its' fine.. too bad proc can't go higher tho.. don't u have agp/pci locK? ... o yea.. good luck tryin to hit 133fsb w/ that thing... it's not very good @ it.. =/ highest i was able to get mine was 125fsb and 121fsb w/ a different one

I'm running a 1.6A @ 2.4 with the stock HS/Fan with ASII. Works fine. I've set up other systems at higher speeds using the same setup.

I got my 1.6A to 2.624 with stock hsf and tim, never tried with AS3. But as I cannot go higher with a PAL8942, a 47cfm Papst fan and AS3 it shows that the stock setup is quite good. AS3 wouldn't hurt but from my experience I doubt it'll help much either.
