Intel SSD refresh?

I made decisions to buy SSD and now the choice is between Vertex and Intel x-25m. I am leaning towards intel, but heard there might be update coming for it soon. Cant find any other information, does anyone know more details?
 
in Q3 09 intel is going to release a 32nm flash SSD... but that is all i know. AFAIK the 32nm transition will only help costs, not necessarily speeds, and I Don't know of any revisions in the middle between the two, although it has been a while and there is some solid competition for it, so intel might just release a new revision.
 
It's actually Q4 for the 34nm devices. They use different fabs for their flash than their core products.

Anyways, early report says they have a new controller so it should be faster. There's even a rumor of a 120MB/s write speed firmware for the X25-M, so I'm sure the 34nm drives will exceed that.
