One is OEM the other is Retail. Other than that I would say they're the same drive.

everyone buys the oem in UOM 20PK and breaks them up - thus affording them a point or two more margin. which is pretty common practice with any drives.

buy a pallet of 20PK versus a pallet of EA (each single) retails you get a much bigger bargain plus it takes up alot less warehouse space.
