Intel Spec finder?

I just bought a 2.4gig with the SL6SH stepping code. My question is that it states that it is a retail box cpu however I bought an OEM chip. Just curious.

do oem sell for cheaper than retail when it comes to intel as well? (never bought intel cpu lol...)

if so, how much did it cost?
depending on that, either whereever you bought it from is making extra money or just ran outta oem chips so sold you that (in that case it should be the same price of oem if oem cpu's are cheaper..)

I think these new chips are multi vid
'cause just like the other mvids, there is no voltage designated

It's OEM just like the AMD's they are a little cheaper and don't come with a HSF.

I got it at Fry's as part of their grand opening. I have not tried it yet and I'm not shure if I am going to since my 2.26 is at 2.9 @ default Vcore. I am waiting for the 2.4 w/HT.

What is Mvid?
