Question Intel Software Component - optional updates?

Checking today with updates on one of my rigs here with win 10 as per the post title shows 2 of these coming up. Ignore the AMD driver download as its not relevant for this thread.
A search in Microsoft does not show anything specific with these 2 intel downloads, only a reference from last year in the community section for another Intel - software component but a different version.
So does anyone know what these 2 intel downloads are for?

Thanks, but that's for 2020 & on Asus boards, mines Gigabyte as per my signature. I already have those up to date & a check with Gigabyte site reveals nothing updated since October.
