Why does Intel have so many sockets compared to AMD? I was thinking about upgrading to conroe when it came out, but I'd have to get a whole new mobo too. Wouldn't be such a bad thing though, since I have an Intel mobo now so I can't OC, but why do they keep switching? Don't you think this hurts their sales?
