Intel Socket 775 Recommendations

Hi guys, I am seeking your expert opinions into what would be a good buy.
I am on a budget and just wanted to pick out some parts to play some modern games. Nothing incredible or anything, I just want to be able to play games with decent graphics.

I am going to buy the Intel Pentium D 805 dual core for about 130$. Cheapest dual-core I see on the market.

Now I am not sure what motherboard to choose to go with it, I know what I should get if my price I spent 200$ 😛 Asus/Gigabyte's intel975X chipset boards...
But I only want to spend about 100-150$ here...

I'm going to spend another 150-200$ on the video card, and another 100-150$ on 2x512mb memory. I am already going past my original budget. So, yea... I definitely want to get a cheap board, but not one of those <50$ ECS boards.

if not $200 , u can get a ABit AW8 ( Intel 955X ) for only $105 :

and get 512MB x 2 DDR2 800 modules .

for the Video card i say get the ATI Radeon X1800GTO for $199 from newegg.com or nVIDIA 7600GT for $180 from newegg.com .

and get a better and powerful , stable PSU , for suggestion check the Casing & Cooling Section .
