What would you guys recommend for a socket 775 board around $100?

Some requirements:

PCI-e slot for graphics (no agp needed)
SATA (raid optional)
Onboard audio
onboard lan
support duel channel DDR ram (DDR2 not necessarliy needed)
easy to set up

*would be nice *
Good over clock ability
