Intel SE440BX-2 and voltage

I've read that only the SE440BX-2V boards will support the newer E & EB rated 100MHz FSB processors (650 and higher). But some people are talking about changing the boards multiplier and voltage on their existing non-2V boards and making it work.

Does anyone have links or specs on how to change the voltage on BX-2 boards?
