LIES, ALL LIES! :p They should just quit spewing the crap and get back to paper launches. Local store has gig tbirds for ~$500 does Intel? NO! 760 MP with dual gigs for about $1300...steep but, try to beat that server with dual 933's and pay the same amount...anyway, off of the soapbox...

Intel is down because the marketplace has found them out. They have an enferior product at a higher price than thier competitor and there is no longer a compeling reason to pay those higher prices since the performance of intel products are no longer superior to competitive products.
Should be a wake up call to Intel. they lost 20% of there net worth in one day of trading. That is twice what a market correction is called.

AMD should sip quitly thier champagne. They have a ways to go to enter the server market with any impact, and my advice to them would be to stay with the consumer market for now. We all need to get adjusted to the new Duron/Tbird impact what with new mobos and chipsets needed to make that product stable and reliable. Heat is a killer to those chips.
