Ok this is the heatsink/fan combo that came with my T-bird. Is it any good?

Depends on which intel fan you got.. if its the big one that comes with 1ghz nad 933 fc-pga chips, it is okay.

I am running at 942 Mhz from a t-bird 800. 82 degrees is the CPU temp and 73 for the system. Are these ok temps?

Is it a UL bios? or a later bios?

IN general, your temps are fine.
